“E Don Be E Don Be” Support Group Linked to Housing Commissioner Set to Feature at Delta APC Campaign Flag-Off in Oleh

Delta State Commissioner for Housing, Hon. Godknows Angele

As the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State prepares to officially flag off its 2027 general election campaign in Oleh, headquarters of Isoko South Local Government Area, on November 5, attention is turning to the various support groups expected to show strong presence at the event.

One of such groups attracting local interest is the “E Don Be E Don Be” Support Group, associated with the State Commissioner for Housing, Hon. Godknows Angele. The group, named after the popular Pidgin slogan, is said to have been formed to mobilise grassroots support for the re-election of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Sources familiar with the matter indicate that the “E Don Be E Don Be” platform has been active in parts of the state, particularly within Angele’s political network, as part of broader efforts to consolidate support for the APC ticket ahead of 2027.

The group is expected to be visibly present at the official campaign flag-off in Oleh on November 5, joining other support structures and party stakeholders in what the state campaign council has described as a deliberate start of the campaign in Isoko Nation.

Recall that the Director-General of the Delta APC Campaign Council, Senator James Manager, had announced that the statewide campaign would commence in Oleh before eventually concluding in Okpe Local Government Area. Party leaders have since directed local government campaign committees and support groups to fully mobilise for the event.

As political activities intensify across Delta, the appearance of the “E Don Be E Don Be” group in Oleh is being watched as part of the growing network of platforms backing the continuity of the current administration and the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
