THE VISION AND MISSION OF GIHON CITY BIBLE CHURCH
Gihon City Bible Church (G.C.B.C.) was founded on 2 February 2025, with a vision to transform lives, communities, and nations through the Word of God, prayer, worship, and outreach, bringing healing, restoration, and salvation to all, expanding God’s Kingdom, raising mighty men and women to demonstrate the power of the Holy Spirit.
Gihon City is the place where kings are made, transformative leaders, and world changers are raised.
According to our respected and indefatigable senior pastor, Rev. Lawrence O. Agbirekomi: “God’s desire for all of us His children is to come to the place of sonship so we can execute justice on His behalf and bring order to planet earth. This can only be achieved when our entirety is taken by the Holy Spirit. Let’s go higher to the deeper realms. Life is spiritual.”
Therefore, Gihon City is also the place where we daily get drowned in God’s ever-deepening river of glory like Prophet Ezekiel.
Gihon City is also known today as the house of prayer where every member and visitor is actively engaged in prayer to the point of bursting forth, thus becoming human catalysts for global transformation as well as breaking boundaries and taking territories for God.
Moreover, our commitment to every member and visitor is that you are highly welcome, treated with respect, love and honour, with the aim of enlightening everyone in expanding the Kingdom of God, with the undiluted Word of God.

THE SENT MAN OF GIHON CITY BIBLE CHURCH
The man of God, Rev. Lawrence O. Agbirekomi, exemplifies the power of an impactful Christian life completely sold out to Christ. To the glory of God, today he is an embodiment of divine healing, yet humble to the core.
He often calls God our Father, and believes that an intimate relationship with Him is very possible when we make prayer our lifestyle and not our lifeline.
He sees the Bible as the transformative power of God and the wind of change, and with the Word of God he daily aligns the hearts of people around him with the Spirit of God.
To him, his commitment to reading the Bible is not just a matter of convenience; it is a matter of the character of self-discipline developed in the secret place of daily study.
