GOODWILL AND CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE From the
Executive Chairman of Warri North Local Government Area To His
Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse III, CFR, the Olu of Warri On the
Occasion of His 5th Coronation Anniversary
On behalf of the entire leadership, Council,
and good people of Warri North Local Government Area, I, Hon. Festus
Ashima, Executive Chairman, most respectfully convey our heartfelt
congratulations and warm goodwill messages to His Majesty, Ogiame
Atuwatse III, CFR, the 21st Olu of Warri, on the joyous celebration of
the 5th Anniversary of His Coronation.
Five glorious years have passed since that
historic day of 21st August 2021, when Your Majesty ascended the ancient throne
of the Warri Kingdom at Ode-Itsekiri. In this short but impactful period, Your
Majesty’s reign has been marked by visionary leadership, the promotion of peace
and unity, cultural renaissance, and purposeful development across Iwere land.
Warri North Local Government Area, as an integral part of the Warri Kingdom,
has particularly felt the positive impact of Your Majesty’s fatherly guidance
and commitment to the progress of our people. We celebrate with the entire
Kingdom this milestone of “Five Glorious Years on the Throne.”
We rejoice with the Royal Family, the Chiefs of
the Kingdom, sons and daughters of Iwere both at home and in the diaspora, and
all friends of the Warri Kingdom as the anniversary celebrations take place
from 14th to 23rd August 2026.
May the Almighty God continue to grant Your
Majesty long life, sound health, divine wisdom, and greater strength as you
pilot the affairs of the Kingdom to greater heights.
